This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate and the learned counsel for the intervener. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Sivagami against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.238 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.
4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
