2.The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue license to the petitioner to run shop bearing No.AU-19, Vegetable Market in Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex after setting aside the order dated 26.09.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent.

3.The matter had been listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. There is no appearance on the side of the petitioner.
