C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have come up with these writ petitions challenging the tender notice No.SMTE/3531/Tender/2018, in respect of the work of laying thar road and rain water drainage issued in the English Daily "The new Indian Express" dated 06.09.2018 by the respondent and quash the same.

2. Today when the writ petitions are taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that since the uploading of the tender notification in the website was done only on 03.10.2018, the respondents are proposing to go for fresh tender and the tender notification uploaded in the website on 03.10.2018, does not survive.

3. The above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is hereby recorded and in view of the above, no further orders required in these writ petitions.

4. Accoringly, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
