PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the respondent police to execute the NBW issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tanjore against the 2nd respondent in S.T.C.No.305 of 2017, dated 18.09.2018.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed directing the respondent Police to execute the NBW issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tanjore against the 2nd respondent in S.T.C.No.305 of 2017, dated 18.09.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent has filed a petition for recalling the NBW and the warrant has already been recalled on 14.10.2018.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
