Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to remove the entry "As per the order of this Court in W.P.No.27213 of 2003 and WP (M) No.33258 of 2003 dated 29.09.2003, after getting an undertaking you are the petitioner that he will pay necessary difference of stamp duty in the event of any order passed on the proceeding under Section 47 A of the Stamp Act" from reflecting in the encumbrance certificate of the petitioner's property situated at S.No.339/1 PART 339, Mogappair Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and pass such further orders.
