PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order made in Letter No.14940/Poultry/2018 dated 26.09.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a permanent expert committee to fix reasonable procurement of egg price as well as selling price for eggs in the State of Tamil Nadu and regulate the same for time to time.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order made in Letter No.14940/Poultry/2018 dated 26.09.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a permanent expert committee to fix reasonable procurement of egg price as well as selling price for eggs in the State of Tamil Nadu and regulate the same for time to time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 07.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
