This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai-104, in Dis.No.3755 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P.No.558 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.3708 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 22.10.2021, directed the trial Court to dispose of the petition in O.P.No.4147 of 2014, within a period of three months. However, the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai-104 has sent communication dated 12.12.2022 in Dis.No.3755 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.P.No.4147 of 2014 and sought for further time to complete the trial in the said cases.
