Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records connected with the common order dated 04.04.2018 made in CP. Nos. 8 to 10 of 2017 passed by the Labour Court, Salem and quash the same.

Heard Mr. Sai Prasad, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.V.Shanmuganathan, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2.Learned Counsel for both sides submit that the Petitioner has arrived at separate settlements dated 27.10.2021 with each of the Respondents under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, and the copies of the same have been placed on record. In such circumstances, the parties shall act in accordance with those settlements.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
