ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Claiming to be the husband of the detenue, the petitioner has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the inquiry was conducted, in which, it is revealed that the detenue has informed that she is not in illegal detention and she would like to continue with the third respondent, who is the father. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.

3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
