ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in Crime No.508 of 2018, pending on the file of the second respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the second respondent police completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri and RCS No.26 of 2018 has also been served on the petitioner.

In view of the above, the relief has sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file protest petition before the appropriate Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
