Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to return or release the registered as document No.P31/2009 at the office of the respondent after getting entire stamp duty if any as arrived by the respondent in one lump sum.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to return or release the document registered as document No.P31/2009 at the office of the respondent after getting entire stamp duty if any as arrived by the respondent in one lump sum.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is inclined to pay the entire stamp duty.

4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner is inclined to pay the entire stamp duty, the respondent be directed to accept the same and to return the document. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

either side, this Court directs the respondent to return or release the above said document to the petitioner, on payment of entire stamp duty or else to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
