ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the detenu Senthil Murugan, S/o. Subbaih, life convict No.16321, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and direct the respondents to grant parole to the detenu for a period of 30 days without police escort pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 17.09.18, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that though the convict is confined in Central Prison, Trichy, in the representation, it has been stated that the convict is in Central Prison, Puzhal and relief has been sought for. Furthermore, more than one year has elapsed. This habeas corpus petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation on behalf of the convict.
