[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This petition has been filed by petitioner/Sister of the life convict viz., Mohamed Hassan @ Monappa (Convict No.10711), aged 40 years, who is now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, seeking a direction to respondents to grant one month Leave for her brother.

2. This Court, by an order dated 12.12.2018, has granted two weeks Leave to the detenu i.e., from 18.12.2018 to 01.01.2019 and directed the Registry to list the matter on 02.01.2019 for "Reporting Compliance".
