This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.2,81,034/- failing which to Order attachment of the immovable properties more fully described in the schedule to the Judges summons, pending disposal of the proposed arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the sole respondent has died and he has to take steps to implead the legal heirs of the first respondent.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations in the application and taking note of the fact that an Award has already been passed, the applicant is directed to to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and enforce the award before the appropriate forum.

4. With the above directions, this application is closed.
