This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. But however, the petitioner herself has given a complaint before the 1st respondent in C.No.263 of 2018, which has been referred to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has called her for enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent for enquiry.
