(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 28.08.2018 made in I.A.SR.No.1783 of 2018 in M.C.O.P.No.817 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of the learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee dated 28.08.2018, rejecting the application filed by the petitioner for a direction to the Medical Superintendent, Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai - 600 002, to examine the petitioner and assess the disability.
Pending Civil Revision Petition, the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal suo moto referred the matter to the Medical Board and the petitioner appeared before the Medical Board and also produced a certificate issued by the Medical Board. In view of the pendency of Civil Revision Petition, M.C.O.P.No.817 of 2014 is pending and prayed for a direction for speedy disposal of M.C.O.P.No.817 of 2014. He further submitted that Trial is almost over and both the petitioner and respondents' side evidences were closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that already the request of the petitioner has been complied with, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direcetion to the learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.817 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
