ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to accept and register the sale deed dated 14.08.2018 under Temporary Document No.TP/31872603/2018 on the file of the S.R.O., Kundrathur, forthwith and release the same to the first petitioner. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the first petitioner has presented the original document enclosing all necessary documents required for registration before the fourth respondent and necessary stamp duty was also paid. But the same was negatived by the fourth respondent without any reason. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioners' claim would be considered on merits, if they produce necessary documents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioners to produce the original document along with required documents for registration before the respondents on 29.10.2018 and on such production, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
