By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the Settlement Deed executed by her in favour of her grand-daughter Utsa Bajaj without insisting on the production of the original Sale Deed pertaining to the schedule property.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 21.05.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to approach the respondents with the certified copy of the documents for registration.

4.Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the documents, along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and register the Settlement Deed in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
