ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to cancel the hypothecation entries of his car in the R.C. book and to issue him no objection certificate based on his representation dated 18.09.2018.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the entire loan amount came to be settled by the petitioner and hence, he has submitted a representation dated 18.09.2018 claiming the release of the hypothecation, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
