ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent Corporation to issue a fresh Birth Certificate by duly changing his name from "G.SHRI BHAGAVATHI" to "G.SHRI BHAGAVATHI SUBBU" within a time frame. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.09.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent with a fresh form/application along with all required documents to ventilate his grievances.
3.Mr.K.Magesh, who takes notice for the respondent, has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner, provided the petitioner submits all the required documents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh form/application enclosing all the required documents in support of his claim, along with a copy of this order to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
