(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Mrs. Archana aged 24 years. The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of his wife.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue had been secured by the police. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
