ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a Final Report in Crime No.670 of 2008. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the man missing FIR is pending before the respondent Police. 4.The respondent Police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [Crl.O.P.No.(MD) 19255 of 2016 dated 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
