The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.80 of 2018, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to District Judge, Tirunelveli.
2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and as well as to the respondent are present. Both the counsels make a representation that the petition mentioned I.D.O.P.No.80 of 2018 may be transferred to Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. In this regard, both the Counsels made an endorsement in the petition.
3. Accordingly, in view of the above endorsement, the Transfer civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in I.D.O.P.No.80 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court, Coimbatore and ordered to be transferred to the file of Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar. The Principal District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the case records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.80 of to Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar, within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such records, the Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
