This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.429 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.429 of 2016 on 30.10.2016 under Section 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(1) and 379 IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that this case was registered on 30.10.2016, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.429 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
there is no any legal impediment.
