Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Learned VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, in R.C.A.No.116 of 2016 dated 01.08.2018 confirming the fair and decretal order passed in RCOP No.33 of 2011 dated 09.02.2015 passed by the 14th Judge Court of Small Causes Chennai.

O R D E R

The revision petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 28.08.2019. The revision petitioner shall continue to pay rents without any default. Till handing over possession he shall not sublease the property.
