ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., Gunasundhari, aged 19 years sought production of her daughter.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.
3. The detenue has been produced by the respondent. She informs that she and one Dwitikrushna Pradhan were working together in Saravana Stores, Padi, having fallen in love. They are married and have now residing in Odisha. Her husband as also the detenue have made a declaration of marriage and both have sworn affidavit dated 22.06.2018 reiterating the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
True copy of the affidavit attested by both shall be taken on record.
4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
