(CR.NO.6/2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Honble court in order dated 15.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.9758/2017 in CA.No.429/2015 that the petitioner shall report before the learned sessions judge Magalir Neethimandram, Villupuram(Fast Track Mahila Court).
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEVARAJ Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHADEVI Government Advocate [crl.side]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9758 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.429 of 2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9758 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.429 of 2015 dated 15.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram on every month i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
