Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 and to furnish the details and copy of the documents pertaining to the loan of Rs.2,50,000/- alleged to have been availed by the husband of the petitioner namely, late Mr.Don Bosco in the year 2002 - 2003 from the 5th respondent society.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent in the form of writ of mandamus for considering the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2018 seeking to furnish the details and also the copies of documents pertaining to the loan allegedly availed by the husband of the petitioner namely, late Mr.Don Bosco in the year 2002 - 2003 from the 5th respondent society to the tune of Rs.2,50,000/-.

2. Earlier notice was ordered to the respondents. The learned Special Government, who was present in court, had taken notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and had sought for time to get instructions. The writ petition was accordingly ordered to be adjourned to today.

3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent society furnished a typed set of papers containing details regarding loan availed by the husband of the petitioner and also copy of summons issued to the husband of the petitioner in a proceedings initiated under Section 90 of The Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act across the bar to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. As the prayer of the petitioner has been complied with, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and therefore, recording the same, the writ petition is closed.
