O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Gopinath against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.350 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
