M.SUNDAR, J This common order will now dispose of captioned two applications. In this order, parties shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.
2. Plaintiff in the main suit has taken out the captioned applications with 'attachment before judgment' ['ABJ'] prayers. To be noted, in A.No.7859 of 2018, defendants 1 to 3 have been arrayed as respondents 1 to 3 and garnishee has been added as fourth respondent.
3. Today, Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan of M/s.G.R.Associates (Law Firm) for plaintiff and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned counsel for all the three defendants are before this Commercial Division.
4. Both sides submit that garnishee is of no relevance now at this distant point of time. Both sides submit that an undertaking is operating and the captioned applications can be disposed of as closed. 5.Recording the aforementioned common submission, both captioned applications are disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
