ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime.No.205 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The petitioners who are the accused 1 to 4, in crime No.205 of 2017, for offences under Sections 294(b), 498(A) & 506(1) IPC have filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, on completion of investigation, final report made ready on 03.10.2017 and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.1327 of 2019, by the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore. On investigation, A2 to A4 names are deleted and the charge sheet has been filed only against A1, listing witnesses LW1 to LW8 and other documents. He further submitted that the case is posed on 15.02.2022 for their appearance.
