Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to grant parole of emergency leave to the detenu Krishnakumar @ Kishorekumar, aged about 46 years, S/o. Sridhar, (CP No.10308), now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2018 for a period of 60 days without police escort.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.
2. Mr.C.Iyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in compliance of the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by this Court in the Habeas Corpus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petition, the detenu was released for a period of 30 days and after availing the same, he has returned back to prison on 23.01.2019 and also produced a communication to that effect, sent by the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Coimbatore-18 dated 24.01.2019 in proceedings No.10308/R3/19 to the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
2. In the light of the said development, this Court is of the considered view that nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore, the same stands closed.
