ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's son Vetri Selvan, aged 15 years, who is under illegal custody by the 2nd respondent before this Court and hand over to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu.

2. The detenu has been secured and produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu has expressed his willingness to go with the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
