2. Heard Mr.S.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Ms.P.Vijaya Devi, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 331 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.68295 of 2018 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
Registry is also directed to print the name of Ms.P.Vijaya Devi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents when the matter is listed for admission.
