ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to reissue her passport pursuant to her application dated 20.06.2017 in file No.MA2070342585317. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an application dated 20.06.2017 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent, with a fresh representation along with all required documents relating to the place.

3.Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner, provided the petitioner submits all the required documents relating to the place for consideration.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation and all required documents along with a copy of this order to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
