This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to complete the trial in C.C.No.1125 of 2013 within a stipulated period of time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the case is of the year 2013, the same has not yet been disposed of and prayed for appropriate orders. 3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to complete the trial in C.C.No.1125 of 2013 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, if the same has not yet been disposed of.
5.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of.
