This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 05.09.2018 passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3687/2018/F.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to go before the authority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned to produce the original documents and participate in the enquiry.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, granting such liberty. On such production, the authority concerned shall decide the same, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
