ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., R.Punithapriya, aged 15 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the custody of her parents by the Child Welfare Centre, Salem on 19.11.2018 and further a case stands registered by the second respondent against the third respondent in Crime No.23 of 2018 for offence u/s 363, 366A IPC, Sec.9 of Child Marriage Act r/w Section 5(i) and 6 of POCSO Act, such respondent has been remanded to custody on 12.11.2018.

4. Recording the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
