Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the order of this Court on 23.11.2022, the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh only) paid to the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant.

The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant confirms the receipt of the said amount.
