ORDER

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 12.07.2018 and conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.07.2018 to the respondent to disposed of the application in O.A.No.3 of 2015, filed under Section 63 (b), which is expedient to the petitioner, but, the same has not been considered by the respondent. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
