[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to admit the detenu Babu @ Market Babu @ Gowtham Prasad, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before the Government Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, Chennai - 3 for better treatment, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
