ORDER

Mr.Adinarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a libery to approach this Court after the final order being passed and also made an endorsement to that effect. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
