2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal for appropriate relief.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
