This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai to expedite the proceedings in M.C.No.36 of 2006 on the file of the III Additional Family Court of Chennai and conclude the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this court. 2.It is seen from the report submitted by the FAC III Additional Family Court, Chennai-104 that the matter has been posted for RW1's cross examination on 06.04.2019. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the M.C.No.36 of 2006 is pending from 2006, the Trial Court is hereby directed to complete the trial and ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are given to the parties and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
