ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., P.Kaviyarasi @ Hameeda Maryam, aged 21 years, sought production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. On information of the second respondent, the detenue is present before this Court along with her parents. She informed of being continuously under the care and custody of her parents. Though the petitioner and the detenue worked at an Auditor's Office, she has no relationship with the petitioner. She informs her intent to continue to stay at the parental home.

4. Recording the position and leaving it to the petitioner to workout his remedy, if any, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
