Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to relieve the petitioner from the post of Junior Assistant and allow him to join duty in the promoted post of Assistant at Cuddalore in accordance with the promotion order issued by the first respondent in his proceedings C.No.062894/NGB-2(1)/20-18 dated 06.06.2018 within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Court.
