O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the II Additional Sub Judge, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.780 of 2017, on merits within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the 8th defendant in th suit. The respondents 1 and 2/plaintiffs have filed a suit in O.S.No.780 of 2017 to set aside the decree passed in O.S.No.80 of 2006 dated 22.03.2017. According to the petitioner, eventhough the suit has been filed in the year 2017 and also issues have been framed, so far, trial has not been commenced by the trial Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision, without going into the merits of this case, the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.780 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
