Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar,J.

The reasoning given by the learned Judge, who seeks for further extension of three months period having been perused, we are inclined to accede to such a request.

2. Hence, further three months time is granted from today, within which the cases pending before the Court concerned, as directed earlier, shall be tried and completed. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be given.
