Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.15587/A1/2018 dated 28.09.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Headmaster of Government Higher Secondary School, Karuppur, Salem District till the end of academic year on 31.05.2019 on superannuation, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioner was considered by the competent authorities and he was permitted to continue in service till the end of the Academic year. Thus, the benefit of Government Order had already been extended to the writ petitioner and hence, no other adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
