When these matters are taken up, the learned counsel for HR & CE submitted that the HR & CE department in G.O.Ms.No.194, dated 08.08.2022, removed the following persons, namely, 1.N.C.Sridhar, 2. K.S.Ramanujam, 3.K.Krishnan, 4.P.P.Sampathkumar & 5.Santhirao, from the trusteeship of the temple, namely, Arulmighu Adhikesava Perumal and Peyazhvaar Thirukovil, Mylapore, Chennai. He further submitted that apart from these trustees who are removed from the trusteeship, remaining trustees were dead and as of now, there are no trustees. He also submitted that the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE, Chennai, is appointed as the fit person for managing the affairs of the Temple, vide G.O.Ms.No.108, dated 06.08.2021.

2.In the light of the development after filing these applications, this Court finds that the prayer asked for in all these applications have become infructuous.
